Local sellers needed a storefront that felt trustworthy on mobile. Buyers had to discover products quickly, and vendors needed a clear view of orders and stock without a separate tool.
Design distinct surfaces for each side: a editorial shopfront and category discovery for buyers, a product detail and cart drawer for conversion, and a vendor dashboard for day-to-day operations.
Built on Next.js with Firebase for listings and orders, Tailwind for UI, responsive product grids, category browsing, cart drawer checkout, and a vendor overview with revenue and low-stock alerts. Deployed to Vercel.
